I enjoy living at Madison Glen because of the newness and great landscaping. The property is well kept, and the location is unbeatable. I have a young son, and really like the family feel of the property. The office organizes community functions through the YMCA which allow my son to participate in activities that otherwise would not be available to him. The computer center is a great resource for us with fax, copier, computers, and printers available to us. The office staff has always been available at my convienence, and is knowledgable about issues on the community. Noise from the adjoining apartments has been an issue at times, but management has responded well sending out letters to my noisy neighbors, and following up with me to insure my satisfaction. I have had only one maintenance issue, a faulty kitchen light fixture, and maintenance responded immediately. The problem was resolved by the end of the day, and I really feel as though they take my needs seriously, and address them promply. The office is only staffed by one person, and while it is closed during lunch hours, they have always returned my messages quickly. I would have to say that the primary appeal of the community is: location, landscaping and upkeep, and the great staff. I don't know what upset some of the other commenters so much, but this community has been a great experience for me.
