We moved here because of the price, but it turned out that even $475 a month was overpriced for this hole. Now they are raising the price on the 1 bedroom unit to $500 per month. Neither of our cars were broken into, but at least two other cars had their radios stolen during our year here and another car was stolen. The washers and dryers in the laundry room only work about 50% of the time (they steal your money the other 50%) and they just got more expensive. Some of the inconsiderate apes who live here use the entire area as their garbage dump and management does nothing to stop them or even clean it up after residents complain. The walls and ceilings/floors are razor thin so you can hear the garbage your neighbors listen to and even their conversations sometimes. The place is INFESTED with bugs. The rear sliding door was broken when we moved in. The insulation sucks a fat one as does the AC system. The only good thing about this place was the fact that they actually fixed the 3 things that broke while we were living here, but an apartment where a water heater, ceiling fan and garbage disposal all break during the course of one year is probably not the type of place you want to live in.
