The view of the pond is fabulous.

2 bedroom is a nice size, although my washer and dryer do not fit properly in the tiny little closet designated for them.

Maintenance has been fabulous, office staff is great.

I wish they kept an office on the property, but it's not a big deal.

No bugs!!! The building is older and creaks a bit, but all in all this is a great place to live.

Nice neighbors, easy parking.
