First of all they don't clean the apartment before you move in. There were stains all over the carpets and they were ripped up in all the corners. Instead of removing nails before painting they just paint over them. The parking is a nightmare they don't have parking passes so they have some shady tow truck company come in the middle of the night and tow your car and then you have to pay $100 to have it taken out and the place is all the way over on Capital Blvd. Everything is old and outdated. The only pro is the pond view. We are counting the days until our lease is up.
