Keep looking. The prices are too high for the apartments, there is no parking, they cannot fufill maintenance request in a timely manner, and some of the buildings are falling apart. It has been reported and ignored. I would suggest you looking elsewhere. Management wants to say that they are new and improved but they could care less about the residents. They think that asking your opinion in a newsletter (which they overlook if you decided to give it) or give you candy will make everything ok. WRONG!
