OK... as for roaches.
I have had no roaches, however, I know some other residents who do (TWO DIFFERENT APTS...AND BOTH ARE VERY CLEAN PEOPLE, BY THE WAY). It was the residents before them that were unclean, nasty, dirty people. And because of these unclean people, they have to had deal with roaches and bug spray. Imagine having your apartment smelling like bug fumes every week... doesn't make for a very nice apartment. MC dealt with the roach problems at first, but once the 30 days were up, they didn?t seem to care anymore!
I would recommend these apartments to other people, however, before you actually move in... CHECK OUT YOUR APARTMENT before you start unloading. I have had minor problems that have always been taken care of, but not always within the one-day turn around time!
