Future Resident:
Mariner's Crossing is the place for you if you have the time to call the office staff all the time to fix problems and then more time to call them back because they did not do what they said in the first phone call. If you leave a note for them, do not worry, they did not get it so you will have to give it to them again. They will say that rent increases are mandatory for all residents but I happen to know that this is also not true from talking with other residents. Overall, the main problem at this property is communucation and an uneducated office staff. It ranges from mispelled newsletters to the office staff not knowing or not revealing what the "24 hour maint. guarantee" is. Just remember that time is money..and as much time as you will spend dealing with this sassy office staff..you might as well go pay more somewhere else. This is the first complaint I have ever written and I hesitated to do it, but even as I was moving out I had more issues with the office staff not being professional. Save the office staff some work....they can't handle what they have now.
