I've lived here for more than 2 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at Mariners Crossing AND the overall living conditions. The only complaint I can muster up is that we have a few lowlife neighbors that have nothing better to do than complain about stupid things.

I can tell you first hand that a majority of the people on here that are complaining were people that were evicted from this place. Of course they aren't happy. They broke the rules and paid for it. Believe me... we are better off without them. Spoiled college kids and rules never mix well.

Anyone else that is complaining... I've got news for you. If you moved to another apartment complex, you'll find that the living situation is about the same. Nothing is perfect. But know this... the staff here is AWESOME. They handle everything that is thrown at them professionally and thoroughly.
Believe me when I say, they've had to deal with some doosy residents. It's a sad day when someone has to make one of the girls in the office cry when all they are doing is trying to help you. Be glad I wasn't in the office when that happened.

Here's another news flash... you live in an apartment. Try buying a house if you don't like living here. oh... that's right... you can't afford it. Get a life and quit putting down this apartment community. This is a great place to live and I've referred several of my friends to this place.

To Kelly, Paige, Sahar and Nancy... Keep up the good work. There are ALOT of us residents that love you guys. See you at the pool. Your resident computer dude.
