AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I hated living there so much that I still clench my teeth every time I have to drive by the place.
Parking' nonexistant for over 1/2 of the complex.
Management' Money hungry. These people nearly forced me into bankruptcy rather than letting me out of my lease. Yeah, as a sophmore in college I wasn't looking forward to having to file for bankruptcy, but these twits didn't care. Heck, they weren't even friendly.
Neighbors' My neighbors had a tendency to invite themselves over. That was pretty annoying. One called the cops on me for reading a book while she was having a nervous breakdown in the apartment BELOW and BEHIND me. The people there just were NOT stable.
The actual apartment itself was okay. The walls were kinda' thin and the doors were obviously cheap. Genearlly the construction was okay, but you could see it was done VERY quickly in many cases (especially in the bathroom). The neighborhood seems to be taking more of a turn to being a college neighborhood, so professionals probably wouldn't be too thrilled about living there. Oh, and my best friend's car got broken into one night. I ended up losing over $1,000 of CDs. Also, since it's at the intersection of Millbrook and Creedmore, there are several buildings that pick up a lot of the road noise.
