Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Please do not move here. This place, including the staff, are terrible. Maintenance goes unanswered for DAYS upon DAYS and the apartments are not well taken care of on the inside, either. It is simply not worth your money and cars are getting broken into a lot- not to mention the vandalism! Parking does not exist and the few parking spaces you can find, be careful because you might get towed! There are many other properties around Raleigh to rent from- do not throw your money away on this place!!
