When you move out - expect your mail to be on the ground. But this is a situation that happens at all apartments. The residents just stick misdirected mail in the slats above the boxes. Someone got hold of one of my credit cards and charged up thousands $$$. Just be careful. I lived in Mariner's Crossing for 4 years and loved it! Two separate apartments on the community and liked the garage connected to my apartment. A note about the parking... I had my own private driveway because I rented a garage and my neighbors constantly had their visitors parking in front of my garage, blocking my car. The office and the walk to the model are beautiful, but the maintenance staff doesn't ever clean the hall ways in front of the apartments. Dog messes were a huge problem. Over all, I have lived in apartments around Raleigh for about 12 years and this one was by far the best. I liked the staff at the time, but it has been a couple of years since I lived there.
