i agree with the parking problem. my roommate and i have a garage with a driveway but half the time we can't get in or out of our garage because the neighbors park in our driveway. we have complained to the office management but they won't do anything and the tow company practically wants your social security number to tow a car. i recommend finding a place that will enforce the community policies!
