i've lived here for two years now. the main reason i stay is b/c the price is reasonable for this size one bedroom in raleigh. but ever since this winter the parking has been ridiculous. people are fighting for spaces and even the handicap space is always full b/c there is no where to park!!! i live on the 2nd floor and i have had one annoying neighbor after the next living above me. i can hear every step the people above me take and even their bed shaking in the middle of the night!! i'm getting absolutely no sleep. if you move here, i recommend a 3rd floor apartment.
