I have read each of the comments posted and I disagree with about 3/4 of them. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to move here. I have lived here for a year and just renewed my lease for another. I have yet to encounter parking problems, management problems or any other inconveniences. If something has needed to be fixed, maintenance responded within the day. If I had a question about my apartment, the management staff was wonderfully accommodating and helpful. I looked at all the complexes surrounding Mariners and this one was by far the best. The apartments are large and beautiful. The grounds are well kept. The staff is exceptional.
For anyone who had issues, all I can say is you're rare. Before you begin attacking the staff and making it sound like we all live in the slums, how about learning the word "tact"' It's one thing to complain. It's decidedly different to completely attack someone by name. Grow up. We're all adults...I think. If you have complaints, that's fine. If you have an overwhelming desire to whine, choose another forum.
I'm sure someone will write that I am on staff. Actually, I'm not. I'm a graduate student. I just have sense enough to recognize great customer service when I receive it. To the staff, thank you for everything. To those who complain and rate the complex poorly, I have two suggestions: 1) find another hobby. 2) If you're going to say bad things about the complex, spell things correctly. There's no such phrase as "it was the worse apartment I've ever lived in." The correct word is "worst." Oh, the correct spelling for your description of the maintenance staff is "incompetent." Why anyone would give credibility to someone who complains without knowing how to correctly spell their insults is beyond me!

I completely agree. Some people cannot and will not be happy unless they are making life miserable for other people. This is a nice complex, and when you 'do' apartment life, you take risks with quality of neighbors, changing management, etc. but if you must complain, please, identify yourself and keep a dictionary handy. Nothing spells credibility like correct spelling and grammar.
