Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
When moving in over a year ago I believed this to be average or maybe a little above. During this past year my opinion has changed. Maintenance - although our response is ususally the same business day it takes several visits to resolve the issue. Pet friendly is one thing, pet oblivious is another. Many residents do not leash their pets nor pick up after their pets. It makes walking on the grounds very unpleasant. Speaking of walking on the grouds - during the past several weeks it seems we have had an increase in the number of people standing in the parking lots drinking, cursing and making a pleasant night stroll anything but. I do not like my children exposed to this so therefore we no longer walk in the evenings. My lease is up very soon - not soon enough. I will not renew. Although Mariner's Crossing is in a great location, that's about it. There are several apartment communities within a few miles that seem to care a little more about their outward appearance.
