Nice place to live!

We are former students, so this is definitely an improvement from the places you get for the money in Chapel Hill and even SW Durham. We have lived here for just over 7 months, and we would definitely renew if we can get the same price. We have a 3 BR with an attached garage with ample parking for 2-3 cars, and we pay less than $1000/month. The location is also great because you are close to everything, 540, 440, Glenwood Ave, downtown, etc.

The pool is nice, maintenance always comes promptly, and we haven't really had many maintenance issues anyway. Sometimes people don't pick up after their dogs, and we've had poop in the grass next to our driveway which is definitely RUDE! Parking IS horrible, esp. if you have more than 2 cars or if you do not have a garage. It's especially bad after 7 PM, and you may have to park several buildings over. We have someone above us who is SO loud and jumping around, but you have to deal with that wherever you live.

Basically, some people who write these reviews are way too picky or not used to living in an apartment community. This is definitely one of the better ones I have lived in!
