I think there are more pets in this apartment than there are people. Have the decency to clean up after them. You can't take a walk around the community without the odor of feces and urine. Covering it up with pinestraw (which they do often) isn't working!

Parking stinks here. I'm constantly having to park clear across the complex because I don't come home from work until 8pm. The office does nothing about this issue. They turn a blind eye to the subject. Instead of addressing this issue, they spend all of their budget money on remodeling the leasing office. Give me a break. Like we needed a flat screen tv and place to use the internet. Sounds like they did it for their own enjoyment.

I'll be honest, I've only been here a few months, but I know a few people that live here. I should have taken them serious when they said this place is going down hill. Good thing I only signed up for a year.

Go down the road and find 5 other apartments that are better.
