Roaches: I have never seen a roach here.

Parking: It does suck. But parking sucks everywhere in Raleigh.

Noisy Partiers: There are quite a few groups of people who grill, have a few beers, and hang out. They can get a little noisy. They are, however, fun and friendly people. If you don't like being reminded that you live in a small area with a lot of people in it, move to the Yukon.

Doggy Poo: Yes, I step in way too much doggy poo.

Maintenance: I've put in three requests for various things since I've been here. The maintenance guy was in my apartment fixing the problem within THREE HOURS each time. Do you have any idea how cool that is'

Office Staff: They've never been anything but friendly and helpful to me.

This is obviously a staff member! This complex sucks! When I moved in, I was told that it was a very quiet complex! So "Phillip", if you're told that the property is known for being one of the quietest around, then discover that the "people who grill, have a few beers" are actually out making noise until way into the night, I don't think you should have to move to the Yukon...send those -------S! fyi- You can go too "Phil".
