parking is terrible. mariners crossing towed my car and made me pay $100 to get it back (it was parked ten feet from my apt, but was considered illegally parked). the noise is absolutely horrible. our upstairs neighbors sound like they're bowling and jogging back and forth across their apt. there have been at least 3 fires (including our neighbors car catching on fire) and one tenant pulled a gun on another tenant over their dog being in their "yard". the only plus to this place is the maintenance - they're friendly and prompt. they've been giving the place a "face lift" for the past five months now, and it looks terrible. i would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
