A Tenant Died'!

A tenant died'! Seriously'! Because checking out the Raleigh Police Department's crime blotter shows no crimes at Mariner's Crossing in the last 30 days. Yes, there was a robbery, but it was across the street and near the new construction they are doing. And no, I don't work at Mariner's Crossing. I just don't like how people use hyperbole in the attempts of making their point. Any data can be found out about any community at the City of Raleigh Police Department and even they don't show any investigations or crimes in this area.
So the parking sucks. I agree, but where would you like them to put more spaces' It's quite obvious that the company that built this apartment complex didn't have a good ratio of renters and parking spaces.
And I always love the claim that all positive reviews are written by staff. This belief is at every apartment complex. Think of all the people that live in Mariner's Crossing now or ever lived here. There have only been about 100 TOTAL reviews. Obviously, many people do not know of this site or realize that no apartment complex is perfect and to put everything in perspective. The only reason my girlfriend and I may move out is that with rent going up (across the board in Wake County, not just here), that it will be more economical for us to buy a home.

Read the staff review on my "A Tenant Died" (his death was NOT denied). You obviously missed my point by mentioning we should have been informed of an investigation to increase our outside awareness!
As for parking...Has anyone heard of a can of paint and the numeric system?
As for reviews...100 reviews are average for this site and for the size of this community.
Your posting poses no valid argument and only shows your youth.

Yeah, think of the 100's of current and past tenants THAT DON'T KNOW ABOUT THIS SITE, as you stated, and the likely-hood one of THEM reviewing and responding in such a prompt matter like this... hmmm, sounds like office staff quacking to me. Seriously.
You talk about not liking hyperbole in making points. How about misdirection? You completely missed the point of the resident's post or you are intentionally trying to steer discussion away from management failure (Do I hear ducks quacking again?). And please explain the "hyperbole" the original poster used.
Yes, I checked for news and crime stats repeatedly after seeing the cavalcade of police and emergency vehicles and couldn't find any details. The fact management issued no statements FURTHER LEAD TO MY DISMAY! Someone died creating a major First Responder scene and no word yet only months ago they issued a memo reporting a stolen work trailer!
I see management priorities now. One dead resident's family over the safety and well-being of 100's of living, and rent-paying, tenants still here. That's how I see it. Seriously.

One of the options to this site is to be notified when someone makes a rating to the place in which you live. So that is how I knew that someone posted a review about someone dying. So obviously the quacking of ducks you here are flying to Lake Lynn. What would you have liked management to say? Most people who die create a First Responder team since I believe it is North Carolina law that cops, fire, and ambulance all go to a scene when 911 is called. i believe that is S.O.P. Where is your rant to local news organizations for not telling the general public about the death of someone at a popular, local apartment complex? What about everyone's public safety? How many complexes and people live in this general vicinity. No one talked about this but you.
