A tenant DIED!

One of our neighbor tenant's DIED just before the 2007 Christmas holiday. Loosely thinking, I thought a few years ago in response to the tenant girl murdered on Lake Lynn, a law was passed for ALL apartment communities to inform tenants of authoritative investigations in hopes of tenants taking increased safe living precautions. I recently came to find that due to the nature of the death there WAS an investigation on behalf of the local authorities but I was NOT informed of the investigation, which made me uncomfortable to comprehend...LAW OR NOT!!!
Parking is absolutely and undeniably TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! The Mariner's staff hear us tenants complain all the time and their only line of defense is to compose fake reviews (against the terms of this website). That is pathetic and UNPROFESSIONAL. If you are reading my TENANT review and want the HONEST TRUTH you can telephone the staff and speak---------------------------------------------. When you call them be sure to tell them how terribly unprofessional they ALL are!
I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend Mariners Crossing to anyone at any time! Save your money, your time, your aggravation...and possibly your LIFE!

It was NOT determined that he died of natural causes until AFTER the CLOSE of the investigation. You are missing the point! THERE WAS A POLICE SURVEILLANCE ON THE PREMISES FOR A 24 HOUR PERIOD! Should there have been the chance MY safety was in jeopardy I doubt his family would have thought of ME if anything had happened!
I do not disrespect him. He was a GREAT neighbor.
AS OFFICE PERSONNELL YOU SHOULD CONSIDER THE WELL BEING OF RENTING TENANTS ABOVE OUTSIDE FAMILY MEMBERS. YOUR COMMENT ONLY MAKES ME MORE OUTRAGED! Send the family our condolences and keep your focus on tenants. This only goes to prove your UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS CONDUCT and lack of consideration for the Mariner's community as a whole.
REPEATED NOTE TO PROSPECTIVE TENANTS: RENT ELSEWHERE!
