The worst apartment I have ever lived in. For starters my apartment was infested with centipedes! At one point we were killing two and three centipededs a day. (You can see a pic below of one of the centipedes). After about six visits from pest control, the centipedes died down to about one per day but either way this place is still infested. Buyer Beware! If you enjoy spending your time with creepy crawlers the this is the perfect place for you.

Outside of the creepy crawlers beware of the false advertising. They maintain the outside grounds pretty well but that's only to lure you into looking at a model apartment that looks NOTHING like the apartment you are going to move into. They paint over everything that needs to be repaired and pay little to no attention to maintaining the inside of the apartments. Overall my experience here has been a nightmare.

I agree. When i moved into my apartment, it was still dirty! The centipedes were a huge problem for me also. Then i had a leaky toilet that had to be repaired 5 times (no exaggeration). I was VERY unsatisfied during my time at this apartment. Ask to see an actual lived-in apartment, not the gorgeous (NEVER lived-in model apt).
