This is the most poorly managed property i have ever lived at. The office will not give you any messages you received, let you know if you have a package for 3 months, and they are slow to respond to maintenance requests. All items that we listed on our move in sheet, were still not repaired when we moved out 2 years later. The office staff lives on property and does not abide by the rules of the property, in that they throw loud parties and are rude in general to the residents, as they feel they are above the "law." Even if you complain the manager will not do anything about it. While living there i encountered my neighbor burning their kitchen down which resulted in water damage from the sprinklers in my apartment, BB guns being shot into my apartment, and our neighbors throwing loud parties at 4am. On top of that they try to jack up the rent each year claiming the "market rate" is $1300.....and parking is horrendous, not just as a resident, but if you want to have guests...good luck!
