I used to live at mariners and it was great everything was done in a quick and timely manner I now live at a property down the street and i had a lot of problems to but there are more professional ways of dealing with a problem than just complaining about them over and over the best way to go about doing so is to address the problem to the manager. most of the time they can resolve it with little effort. you cant expect anything to get done sitting at home on the computer and complaining about it.

What makes you think I haven't spoken to the manager(s). I've spoken to all the managers while I've been here. How do you think I know how many there have been? The staff in the office know who I am very well, those that are still here anyway. It doesn't do any good, especially when they can't seem to keep managers. Just when one manager starts to learn how to do the job and I see some improvements, they leave and we start all over again. I'm feeling like I'm having to train the new managers all the time. Same with maintenance managers. Just as one learns that I am almost always home so he needs to allow more than 5 seconds before letting himself in, a new maintenance manager comes in to replace him and I have to train the new one to know that I'm home so don't walk in on me. So I figured I would try and save other people from these headaches and advise them against moving in here until the office staff can get their act together. If you left in '07 that's when I moved in. You left just in time. But as I said, I've lived in 12 different apartments from moving around in the military. I know very well how things should work in an apartment. I'm not some new 18 year old straight out of mom and dad's house. I know how deal with office staff and I know the different between good management and bad. And Mariners is bad, in fact the worst I've had to deal in all my years of moving around. And I've got a lot to compare to. If you noticed their reply only addressed a couple of issues I mentioned, and even at that not very well. That's because they know everything I said is true. And they know who I am. As they said they put a chain lock on my door. So they know exactly who I am. If I had never gone to the office to try and deal with these issues how would they know they put a lock on my door? I've taken all the appropriate steps to try and make things better. I've dealt with things in a professional manner. It's they who aren't professional. At this point I'm tired of dealing with them. I'm just waiting for my lease to end so I can get out.

If you know so much about management it sounds like you have problems every where you live and it might not stem from management. haha Go buy something, then you can deal with your own needs. As a 8 year veteran resident. I know that nothing in life you rent can be perfect, but its allot cheaper than buying. I picked 3 other communities, before I settled here. I am glad I found this place.
