the minute i get a chance to move i will. the office staff is so phony and unproffessional. tell you what you want to hear but never, and i mean never follows up on anything. ive had a neighbor in there when i was complaining about maint. request that they still cant fix right. but when i left office my neighbor says they were mocking me and complaining about me complaining about maint. You can tell maint. is inexperianced, nice but very inexperianced. also do they ever work all i ever see them do is stay in office or tthere shop. if they arent doing that then they are playing around on their golf carts driving insane and going to hit someones car soon, if they are not careful. all they do is ride and smoke cigarrettes all day. I have had numerous leaks to my apt. and they claim they fix problem but 2 weeks later same problems same cheap repair. why does it take 2 to do job of one, can they not do anything by themselfs. also had problems with my heater and it made my electric bill go way up. all they do is come in and replace filter or say they replace some part, but then the problem still not fixed and they are back both of them doing the same old song and dance routine. it is obviuos they dont have a clue when it comes to maint. I believe if they came to work instead of goofing off they could get things done right first time. I have talked with alot of my neighbors and they too say the same things. I can go on and on but if you read this beware they are not what they seem and for the price you pay they should be much more proffessional. also do they ever enforce the pet policys or does anyone ever clean up after there pets. and if you have kids beware, there is nothing for them to do here and to top it off there are 5 registered sex offenders in the area what the hell is up with that'

i hear what you are saying and i will agree with the dog thing i look out my window at these nasty ass peeple with there animals shitting and then they walking away like nothing never happen for some reason it seem like they always want to come in our area to let there dogs use the bathroom and when i have family over they see the ---- all over as well and i feel really embarasse for that but as the maintenance men go i mean i never had a problem with them they did get to my things on time and they always say hey to us when we pass them ( well all but like one of them ) so i don't like hate them or anything i'm fine with them but as the people in the office go i feel you on that one i mean i never really liked them either only one i liked was ranard ( think thats how you say his name ) but he is gone now nto sure why but i still liked him alot i dont' like hate the office staff but it would be nice if they str8ing up a little we are getting ready to move out i don't hate this place but so glad we are leaving the people that live up above us every since we moved in last year they have none stopped beating and slamming things it sounds as if they are fighting every night with one another i can also hear the people next to us having sex yes having sex and that ain't cool since i have a child and yes there is nothing here for kids to do and i do agree if you got to pay so much for NOTHING they could at least build a play ground we are paying 699 for one bed and one bath and we went looking around for other apartmetns and we felt relaly stupid they stuck us i'll admit that but they don't have to worry every again about us coming back i can't tell you how many people who were charging 699 for 2 bed and 2 baths so we felt really stupid for that but as for as mariners crossing GOODBYE FOREVER and to everyone else who still have to be stuck here GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!

I have to agree there is NO WHERE for the kids to play. The kids play ball outside but not even a hoop for them. There looks to have been a sand box at one time but it is all grown up with weeds. Also the Animals pooping everywhere is horrible. I can only imagine the poop the kids drag in some people homes. I take my kids other places to play because I am scared of what they will find if they play in this yard. I have not had a problem with mantainence. But have only had to call them a few times. I do see them in the office a lot. But they have always been nice. I feel for the price we pay they could be a little more professional. And they could afford to put in a swing or slide basketball court something fun for all the kids around here.
