The apt designs do have a very nice flow, all having nice size closets and balconies/porches. As far as having to deal with anyone in the office or the amenities of the community, beware that what they advertised is not all its cracked up to be. Trash pickup has been stopped and the privacy gates have been taken down for good. Office staff is mostly helpful, although the comment about Edward (Eddie) in a previous review is true. He is hard to work with and always distracted with other things. He frequently complained to us about how he was always working and never got to leave the office, however he was never prepared for any of our appts to view the apts. After we moved in, he was equally unhelpful and made us feel as though we were a bother to him. Ask to work with Christina or Kim if you go. Also, the one time I had to call a noise complaint, the security officer called me to tell me to call 911 if it continued bc he wasn't in the property. If you think you'll have minimal interactions with the staff, you'll be ok living here, like I said at the top, the apts themselves are wonderful. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
