First of all I have had a pleasant experience with all staff except Christina. She mixed up my roomate with another lease and tried to charge us for damage that was there when we first moved in. She was nothing but rude. Kim and Eddy are the ones I deal with the most and they are great. I think that the apartments are nice but you pay entirely too much for what you get. I lived here before and the trash pick up and gates were still existing then. I moved back and had many problems like noise. I had a few people over for dinner and had the courtesy police officer called. We just moved in and already recieved a notice that is redicolous. When I lived here before I had a party and recieved no warnings. I feel like I can't have anyone on my patio because the noise echos. That is redicolus when you are paying outrageous amounts of rent and can not have the freedom of your own apartment. If you recieve three notices you can be evicted. I was upset when we recieved one notice. It has not happened since because we have not had anyone over since then. I would not recommend living here and I will not renew my lease.
