When you actually see the place for the first time you gotta think 'this place rocks'. Ofcourse overtime you have occasional complaints but nothing that they don't take care of. its a nice place to come home to. You have to realize it is in a very centralized location. The stop in trash pick-up was a sucker, they apparantly replaced it with some amenity which I'll probably never use. The structure and foundations of the place is well done and well kept. Room sizes are decent and wall papers selections are good. Its a nice eloquent place but like all places it too is getting old. However people still continue to live here. By the way we have always found the staff to be very courteous and I am not even 30.
