If you own a Honda Accord...Don't move here. Chances are that it might be broken into.
As far as the gates are concerned...Well, the reason they were taken out was because someone with a nice fancy SUV ran into the gates at the Blue Ridge Rd. Entrance and ruined them. And also, they were done away with, from what I was told was that the cost to maintain the gates was just getting too high.
If you wish to live in a neighborhood full of rich high-school and college punks who vandalise the property-THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!
