I cant believe how right on these reviews have been! Yep, no gates, I saw the lady with the SUV right after she mangled the gate on her way out, I knew those gates were not coming back after that! :) BUGS, yep, you have to get to know 'em at PM, love the 3 inch cockroaches, but I think that's because one entire side borders a forested area, so there probably isn't much anyone can do about it (except more freq visits by the exterminator') The workout area and pool are great, except kids keep trashing the place I hear. Eddie from the office is a complete A-hole, but he doesn't work FOR US, he works for the owners (ING). Rent is fairly high compared to others on Duraleigh / Blue Ridge, but the 2BR I have is quite spacious and well laid out. Yep, big porches! Not as ghetto as some in the area, and face it, if any of us renters had money we would be buying a place right now, haha. ;) hmmm...not a bad idea.
