I have lived at PM for a year now, and I have to say it hasn't been all that bad. The staff aren't the best, but hey, what highly educated person wants to go into apartment management' The apartments are very spacious for the money - in fact, the closets are the biggest I've seen (and I shopped around a lot before I moved in). The area is good - lots of traffic though so be ready for that, especially around the NC Fair or anything at the RBC. I am moving at the end of my lease because I just need a change of scenery. Also, my car was broken into in November and that just kinda freaked me out. Before you move in or sign the lease, ask the leasing consultant what the residents' main complaint is about the complex and watch him/her squirm. Here are my complaints about the complex:
1. Dog poop - warning - don't walk in the grass. Also, people let their dogs run around without a leash.
2. Parking - there are a few cars that never move and are parked in good spots and it really ticks me off. If you come in late at night be prepared to walk a ways to your apartment.
3. Weird neighbors.

I will be glad to leave, although it wasn't as bad as some of the living experiences I've had.
