All I know is the place has plenty of safe housing problems.
Plenty of Bugs.
All the maintenance guys have basically quit because of the management.
Plenty of auto break ins.
No gates to possibly deter people that don't live here from strolling in.
Plenty of drunk people driving around during the summer crashing into parked cars.
Car wash bay and vacum never or hardly work.
Pool Table area is just for show, NO cues, and someone keeps stealing the 8 ball.
Electric water heater makes your electric bill each month around $150.00
Rent keeps going up, however the place never gets any newer, just more and more ammenities keep disappearing.
Almost impossible to make a left hand turn out of the complex, NO traffic light.
New management basically impossess fines on anything and everything you do.
Management is very discriminatory.
Gas grills do not work.
Pet owners leave there dogs fecal deposits everywhere.
Finally just gave up, and bought a house.
Nothing special about this place, just high rent payments, and very unproffessional management, with NO special amenities that seperate it for any other place down the street.
