I swear that when my lease is up and I move out, I will never reccomend this hell hole to anyone.
Anyone who says they have no problem with pet waste must never step out their front door and no matter how many times the residents have been warned about the issue, they don't give a damn and just continue to let it continue.
Hank, one of the original maintenance staff members was driven to quit due to the management and now the supervisor is some man who just wanders around looking pissed off with everyone and now I hear the groundskeeper, who has been here for nearly three years is now leaving because he can't stand it here.
The gates at the front of the property were removed due to the budget and the one gate at the back of the property never seems to work. So, you risk having break-ins into your home(which happened to a neighbour of mine)or motor car.
There is a man who works in the office named Eddie who treats clients rudely and the assistant manager is a -----. The manager just hides away in her office. The only nice person working there is a man named John, I believe.
Save your money and just get a house, it's probally cheaper anyway.
