I recently moved into PM, and I must say that it has been a very pleasant experience. I shopped around for 3 months before finally finding the perfect place, and PM has been the perfect place. The rent is very comparable, especially for the location and ammenities, and the staff here has been so incredibly kind to my son and I. The apartment was cleaned to an immaculate state and they even retextured the walls for me! The maintenance gentlemen were prompt and efficient in fulfilling a few minor requests upon move in. The apartment is spacious and well constructed. The inside has been taken care of by the maintenance crew, the grounds are well manicured, the pool is nice and clean, the clubhouse is beautiful, and generally speaking, the neighborhood is quiet.
Also, let me say that I have dealt with Eddie, John, Tara and Amanda, and they have all been very, very kind and accomodating with me. Especially Eddie. I think the folks posting negative comments about the staff were probably folks who couldn't abide by the rules set to make PM a safe place for all of us.
IF you decide to make PM your home, you will not regret it.
