I lived in Princeton Mill for about 2 years. I really enjoyed my stay. Over the course of the 2 years the quality did drop off the table a bit. I remember when the gate used to work... Little things like the gate not working can really bring a place down.
PM is absolutely beautiful though. The grounds are incredible, as is the pool area.
My biggest complaint would probably be the actual people living there. I had this one neighbor, Ellen. She had to be the worst overall person I have ever met in my entire life. There seemed to be a decent amount of Ellen's around, and I felt the staff did a sub-par job in intervening and setting people straight.
On the subject of the staff, I thought Eddie was a great guy. I hated both of the ladies that were property managers during my stay. Just classless business people.
