I have been living at PM for 3 months and my advice to anyone renting would be- shop around before you sign the lease! The rent for PM is alittle high in my opinion. The good things about this apartment is that it is spacious, quiet, safe, good location, and clean. The bad things would be the rude office staff (with the exception of John), the lack of parking availability, and all the little amenities aren't that great. The car wash is ragid, the gym is tiny, and the pool is not working. Getting back to the office staff, there is a white blonde lady named Amanda, that is extrememly stuck up. I can't stand her! Overall I don't think it's a horrible place to live, I just wish the rent was lower.
