Having read all of the previous reviews, it seems clear that as time has gone on, some of the amenities have been abandoned. But, the price of the apartments is, for me, reasonable given the size and quality. In my two years, I have not had front door garbage pickup or gates; so I don't miss them (and don't need them). Given the choice, I would rather have a lower rent than not have to touch my garbage, or have to pull out a card anytime I came in or out of the complex. Plus a gate is a false security anyway.

I have seen turnover in the office staff. I am very friendly with all of them, and comfortable with all of them. I am treated in balance with how I treat them.

The amenities that do exist: pool, fitness room, package pick-up, grounds, business office, location; are all very good or better. Yes, if you allow pets, you will get "poop". it would be nice if the dogs would pick up after themselves, or if not them, then the handlers; but it isn't like the place is stinking from it. And if you want a pet, or like dogs, that is price you pay.

During my stay they have tightened the requirements for being able to rent here. It has made a difference. it is NOT a college dorm atmosphere. Otherwise I wouldn't have stayed.
