Oh your daddy's rich, and your ma is good lookin...
Obviously that's not enough to get you in. They don't rent to people who can't afford to live here on their own dime. If your daddy can buy and sell them, let him. They would rent to him, unless he had a criminal record.
So who don't they rent to' I know they do a credit and background check and don't knowingly rent to people with bad credit or violent criminal convictions (not good business). As you already experienced, they don't rent to people who can't pay their own rent.
I've lived here for about 3 years and would add two things. First, my casual observation is that there is no group that is obviously missing from the apartments (including students).
The second is that since they put in place the pay your own way rule, it has become a better place (less noise, fewer beer bottles in the public areas).

hello everyone at PM. I am a "prospective leaser" from out of state. Do you feel that princeton mills is one of the best apartment complexes in NORTH raleigh? I want to stay in the best/nicest.
