Coming from someone who was once associated with a former tenant, I can tell you why college students aren't allowed at Princeton Mill. After 9/11/01's attack, the property was allowed to lower the bar, if you will, to allow more people in and fill the vacancies that had been long standing. Therefore, college students were allowed to move in and the property went downhill afterwards. Some of these students did have mommy and daddy to wipe their butts and pay their way and then the rest couldn't afford to stay and were evicted leaving behind filth and destruction in their wake. So, after this, ING decided to no longer allow students to live there and things went back to normal.
