It has good and bad qualities

The managment tries to come across as nice, but sometimes they miss the mark. As long as you are not bugging them they are very nice, but our air conditioner broke 3 times in one week (yes in August when the temps were in the 100's.) Not much was done and we went over two weeks with a window unit. It cooled the main room but the bedrooms were like saunas. They had to completely replace the AC unit, and had to wait for another company to install it, so they delay was not totally their fault, but when it breaks 3 times in a week after breaking once a month previously something should have been done earlier to prevent the hottest weeks of the month spent in misery.
The Apartments themselves are really beautiful and the renovations they are currently putting in look nice. The price is a bit high considering how old the complex is (about 13 years according to the matinence guy) which partly explains why our AC broke (it was really old). Matinence guys are GOLDEN. You can call them 24 hours a day... if it is an emergency (which not having AC is.)
I generally like the complex, but there was also a large bee/hornet.... honestly have no idea what the flying bugs were but there was like 50 of them soaring around my car only in the mornings for the majority of the months of June and July.
The office staff kept telling us they called an exterminator but untill we had alot of rain they didn't seem to go away. They burrowed into the ground and were everywhere... making it scary if you owned a pet, or small child.
I know ever complex has problems, but I doubt I will live here much longer.
