Love this community, lived her 5 years...rental increase are fare

I have lived at this community for about 5 years and not sure where you people are getting your information, however I havent found anything about them being investagated for rental increases. Each year I have had what I consider to be a fare increase and never had a problem. I am guessing this is from some disgruntal tenant that moved did get there way! As for the responses, I have seen the same office staff for the a while now and apparently you havent visited lately to see that. They are very accommodating and any time I have had problems they have been handled professionally and in a timely manner. Lastly, although parking may a little limited in the back of the property, I have never felt anything but comfortable at night, so not sure where you are getting your information from...do you actually live here' The block party as you called it, was awesome and appreciated by those of us that actually consider this our home...get your story straight please before you starting adding responses.
