I moved in a couple months ago and am enjoying it so far. I had the usual getting used to the apartment phase (new noises) but I am glad I moved here. The manager, Natalie, is very competent and listens to your needs with an open mind. The other girls that man the desk are sometimes frustrating to work with because they don't know a lot, but they only work on the weekends and if Natalie is sick.

When I moved in, there were a few things that needed repair, but they were taken care of immediately. The maintenance team is easy to work with.

Neighbors seem pretty friendly, unless you take their assigned parking place. The best part is the gas fireplace in my apartment. If you can, get one of these. It keeps your home cozy and saves a lot on your power bill. There are ample trees and birds around to keep my cat happy.

The layout is pretty unique (built in bookshelves and the angled appearance.

All in all, I am very happy I moved to Mayfaire.
