I am apt searching for my move next year. I have seen sooooo many apts I dont know what to do with myself now. But when I went to visit Mayfaire I fell in love. the staff was nice and knowledgeable. I even got a thank you gift bag with pretzels, a water bottle, and some candies (which came in handy as this was the first apt for the day,LOL). I like the design and huge garden tubs they have in the master beds. The layout is nice and the built in bookshelvs are a plus. I need a 3 bedroom and hopefully they will have one when its time for me to move in. I put my name on the waiting list though. Fingers crossed! Expecially now since I have read all of the great reviews! I was hoping I wasn't falling for one of those looks good on the tour apts. Then when you move in all hell breaks loose! This confirmed my decision even more! Thanks everyone!
