Beautiful landscaping! Friendly Staff! Safe! Clean apartments!
On my second year at Mayfaire and love it. Its a great community with many friendly people. Plenty of woods and very safe. I feel comfortable walking my dog late at night. The staff is very cordial and maintenance is always just a phone call away.

Im looking to move there this year in the summer. Hopefully there will be an apt available. I have heard such great things about this place. Cant wait to live there!!! seems like everyone who does is happy with it.

It is a great place.... make sure you let them know well in advance you'll be moving there. When I moved in there was a 3 month waiting list for a 1bedroom apt. People love it so much apartments rarely open and if they do, they are filled right away!
