I moved here from another town in NC and am so glad I chose Mayfaire. The apartments are very nice, well kept, and the grounds stay very clean all the time. The staff is very helpful and the property manager (Nathalie) is willing to help with any problem you may have. The maintenence staff is the best around. I have NEVER lived in a place where the maintenence staff responds to my request the same day!!! The area is very safe and I absolutely love it here. I would recommend this complex to anyone moving to the area. You are truly getting the best deal around.
