My room mate and I have lived here for a year and we love it!! It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and is well situated with shopping close by. The maintenance has always been prompt and the staff is courteous and always willing to help. The grounds is always clean and well lit. The pool is a nice place to relax and get some sun too! if we didn't love it here why would we recommend it to two other friends who live here and love it too! It's not a college residence and very kid friendly!!

I cant wait to move there!!! on the waiting list! and I find it comforting that most of all the residence say the same thing. make me sure that it is not the staff writing all the 'good' reviews. lol....

I am pretty sure that the bad reviews are from some disgruntled resident or past resident trying to get back at the management by lowering the score, but I know you'll love it here!
