I am writing this in response to the unjust criticism recently leveled at Mayfaire Apartments. I have lived here for over two years after residing in another area apartment. I moved here to get away from a moldy apartment and was surprised and delighted by all the other benefits I reaped besides absolutely no mold! The buildings are so well constructed that my utility bills decreased and my apartment is practically sound proof. This is a totally safe, quiet, friendly community day and night because the management will not allow it to be any other way. The apartment manager is friendly, professional and responsive to every need of the residents while being protective of the residents' privacy and peace of mind. Maintenance calls are answered promptly with no waiting around. The gounds and pool are meticulously maintained at all times. You are always treated with respect and as a valued member of the community. I was just looking for an apartment and actually found a home.
