I haven't live here long, but I will tell you that you pretty much have to take you life into your own hands pulling out of the complex. There is a brick obstruction on the property, that somewhat blocks your view pulling out. I have been nearly hit once and see it to be a problem. Not to mention the speed on the road itself. Also, poo is everywhere! They have bags for the dog owners, but this is not enforced. Other than that it is ok. The apartment does need to be updated though.

One thing I love about living at Mayfaire is that there is NO dog poo anywhere. I walk my dog several times a day all over the property and have not seen any in the past 2 years. I don't know where you are walking to find it!

I am a resident. I really like these apartments. However, I understand your concern about the brick/stone column that is used to support the fence on the north side of the entrance. It is difficult to see on-coming traffic. Ya gotta pause a bit longer to make sure that you don't get hit by the southbound traffic on Lead Mine Rd.

I'm a resident as well. I agree on the stone column. It is an obstruction. It sticks out just a little too far. I'm always extra careful when I pull out of the complex because of it, but yeah it's something I'd rather live without. I, too, am confused by the "poo is everywhere" comment. I rarely see dog poo anywhere, & I've lived here several months.

The stone column is gone! Much to my surprise, when I was pulling out of the property a few days ago and was able to see traffic great, I wondered what had changed. When I went into the office yesterday, I was told that they removed the last column after several residents had commented on it.
