i have never lived in an apartment where the business office was so totally unorganized. i have not lived in melrose for over 2 months any yesterday i got a bill. i have no current lease and have turned in my keys. in short this apartment complex has caused a great deal of stress. my back "porch" area was a pool of mud that was not corrected after my complaint and it was injefested with mosquitos. i had other problems with the complex to time consuming to explain but rest assured i will not be referring any friend to the complex and am looking forward to a melrose free life from here on out.
