Although some of the comments on the site may seem a harsh, I want to invite all of you who feel that Melrose could have treated you better or that your experience could improve, to please contact the office staff. Melrose has undergone a brand new management change from the onsite staff to the executive team of the company. We are committed to providing extreme customer service and to exceed your expectations in a student housing community. Although we are saddened by some of the items listed, we are enlightened by the possibilities to make Melrose the place for students to live in Raleigh!
